Status of compatibility with the requirements
This website is not fully compliant with the accessibility regulations applicable to us due to the following incompatibilities:
Not barrier-free contents
We are currently working to steadily and continuously improve barrier-free access and are striving to implement all aspects of accessibility as quickly as possible.
Separate pages describing navigation and content in easy language and sign language are not (yet) available and are currently being developed by us.
The use of relevant technical terminology and expressions in some parts of the website is due to the target groups using the website and, in part, to their scientific background. Nevertheless, the editors strive for clear comprehensibility in the wording of the texts.
The contents do not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation:
- Audio or video recordings including recorded live events, published before 17 November 2020.
- Content from websites that are considered as archives, i.e. that contain only content that is neither needed for active administrative procedures nor updated or revised after 17 November 2020.
- Reproductions of items from cultural heritage collections that cannot be made fully accessible.
