Gesellschafterversammlung

Powers vested in the Shareholders Meeting: passage of resolutions pertaining to amendments to the articles of incorporation, approval of new associates, disposal of shareholdings, dissolution of the company, and disposal of the company's assets upon liquidation of the company. The associates confirm the members nominated to the Supervisory Board.
